Terms of Service
1. Parties
These Terms govern your use of Supp, operated by Aperture Analytics Limited, a private limited company registered in Ireland ("we", "us", "our").
2. Service description
Supp is a Progressive Web App for tracking supplements, dosages, cycling schedules, and wellbeing markers. It is an information and tracking tool — see the Medical Disclaimer below.
3. Account creation
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. We offer a 7-day free trial; your card is captured upfront and is not charged until the trial ends. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal at any time.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Supp is an information and tracking tool. Supp is not medical advice, not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical care, and not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplement information, dosages, interaction warnings, and insights are for educational purposes only and may be incomplete or out of date. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or treatment.
Do not rely on Supp as your sole means of remembering to take supplements, especially where missed doses carry health consequences. Reminders are best-effort and depend on your browser, operating system, and network — any of which can fail without notice.
We do not verify the correctness, completeness, or medical appropriateness of any data you enter — including supplement names, dosages, schedules, or notes. You are solely responsible for what you log and for checking it against package inserts and professional guidance.
6. Not a medical device (EU MDR)
Supp is not a medical device within the meaning of EU Regulation 2017/745 (the Medical Device Regulation, "MDR"). Supp is not CE-marked. We do not provide clinical recommendations.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mass-export, or automate requests against the Service;
- attempt to identify or contact other users via the catalogue or any other Service feature;
- resell or republish data accessed through the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
- access the Service via a modified browser, on a compromised device, or via automated or scripted means.
8. Intellectual property
Supp content, code, design, and catalogue data are owned by Aperture Analytics Limited. You retain ownership of the data you submit (your regimen, mood scores, etc.).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperture Analytics Limited's aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or breach of statutory rights).
10. No warranty and service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Catalogue data, dosages, and interaction warnings are provided without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Supp may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider outages (hosting, database, DNS, email, payments), or events of force majeure.
We are not liable for loss of data resulting from your own actions — including account deletion, password loss, or clearing of browser storage — or from circumstances outside our reasonable control beyond our backup window. Our backup window is documented in the Privacy Policy.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aperture Analytics Limited for losses arising from your breach of these Terms, illegal use of the Service, or harm you cause to third parties.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via /account/data. We may terminate your access for breach with 14 days' notice except where immediate termination is required to protect the Service or other users.
Your account is also subject to inactivity termination: if you do not log in for 24 months we email a 30-day warning, and if you do not log in within that window we close the account. See the Privacy Policy for details of what is retained after closure.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Sanctions
Supp is not available to users located in countries subject to comprehensive economic sanctions: as of v1, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Myanmar. The list may change as applicable sanctions evolve.
15. Changes
Material changes are versioned (this is v1). Existing users see a blocking re-acceptance modal at next login.
16. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, pandemics, or government action.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
